How soon in advance should I book?
As soon as you can! We receive enquiries daily and to avoid disappointment book as early as possible.- We already have bookings for summer 2010.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit of £100 or £150 would be required depending on package to secure your date.

What do you need from the venue?
We need a standard 13amp power socket and a strong level table either 4ft round or 6ft rectangular suitable to hold 70kg or weight.

Can the fountain be used outside?
The fountain needs to be used in an enclosed area. The smell of the chocolate outside would attract bugs. A covered marquee would be ok (heated in winter)

Can I hire the fountain without an operator?
This is possible, please contact us for details.

How many dips can I have?
The number of dips depends on the package you select and is from 6-10 choices.

Can I bring my own dips?
Dips are included as part of the package, if there is a dip you would like us to bring then please let us know.

How big is it?
The fountain is available in 2 sizes - either 37" or 47" depending on the number of guests.

What function can I use it for?
Most events, including weddings, parties, corporate events, promotions, christmas parties, birthdays, anniversaries and even barbeques. We have hired it to naming ceremonies, 16th birthday parties, 30th birthdays, 40th birthdays, weddings and many more.

Does the fountain work with other foods?
Yes, the fountain can be used to flow custard, yoghurt, milk-based cheese sauce, a barbecue sauce or a sweet chilli sauce of a thin consistency.
